veal, lamb and being wrong, wrong, wrong.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve thought veal was baby lamb. For as long as I’ve known the word ‘veal’, this has been so. Recently, I discovered that veal is not baby lamb. Veal is, in fact, baby cow. Beef. What I don’t eat. What I haven’t eaten in almost ten years. Or so I thought until I learned the truth. My ten year cow-free streak is over.

What else am I sure I’m right about that I’m definitely wrong about?

What beliefs are you fervently holding onto that hold no truth outside of your world?

Things that make you go “hmmm…”.
