I started reading this book a while back called Chance and Choice and found it thoroughly fascinating.  The good news is it’s online for free.  Print it out, read it, and open your world.

1. Know your body.
2. Create your body energy.
3. Create your meaning in life.
4. Participate in a global network of friends where your meaning can be fulfilled in history.

I dig it.  It’s a challenging read but well worth the effort.  Truth…the highest good.
