CHALLENGE: get out of the comfort zone

reach your goal

Recently, I decided I needed to do something I don’t do often enough: push myself. So…I ordered P90X.

I’ve come to learn that overcoming physical challenges motivates me the most. Not just in my workouts, but in life, I don’t move too far out of the comfort zone. I’m timid when it comes to some things I really want and committing myself has been a longstanding problem. It’s critical that I move from “I wish” or “maybe I can” to “I will” and “I know I can”. Because I get a great boost in all-around confidence from reaching physical goals, I figured this would be a pretty good one to have.

The Beachbody tag line is wholly applicable to all areas of life: Decide. Commit. Succeed.

What can you start doing now to push yourself out of your comfort zone and closer to your goals?
